Ocury is a one-founder studio that writes articles, runs launches and builds AI agents. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit ocury.com or contact us.

The short version

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Some code libraries load from the jsDelivr public CDN, which receives the same kind of technical request data. See the jsDelivr privacy policy. Fonts and images are served from ocury.com itself.

When you contact us

If you write to hello@ocury.com or message @Argona4 on Telegram, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, discuss a project and run the work you hire us for, including invoices.

We keep this correspondence for as long as the conversation or the work goes on, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing; Telegram messages are subject to Telegram's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to X, Telegram and individual posts. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they collect.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ocury.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Who we are

Ocury is currently being registered as a company. Once registration is complete, this page will list the legal entity responsible for your data. Until then, contact us at hello@ocury.com.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
